Their footprints match many dinosaurs' footprints. He followed emus to study the kind of footprints they make. On thick mud and on sand they leave a wide and deep footprint. On softer mud they left a thin, shallow print. This tells the professor that in the past, the same dinosaur could have left wide and thin marks.

Plus, exercise can give people a real sense of achievement and pride because every day they feel they have achieved a new goal.
